At number 10 Khader Nawaz Khan Road, Chennai, an old family residence of 30 years has been revamped into a stand alone commercial building with retail at the ground floor and a restaurant and service apartments above. Blended well with some of the other architectural styles along this stretch, the building has been designed with a typical European boutique facade and carefully selected classic chic interiors. After a series of brainstorming and gathering valuable inputs from the clients , the renovation has been completed, the design showcasing an elegant classic look, with a youthful and vibrant twist, made to stand out on one of the most up-and-coming streets in the city.
