With offices in Chennai and the UAE, led by Mr. Zaki Farzand, the design philosophy is rooted in clarity, restraint, and attention to detail. This approach guides the team in crafting spaces that inspire and endure. Arcos also offers interior fit-out, construction, and project management services, headed by Mr. Aziz, ensuring seamless and exceptional results for clients.

Ar. Hussain Lebbai, Principal Architect, brings over 15 years of rich design experience spanning India and the Middle East to his craft. He has expertly handled multiple projects, guiding them seamlessly from concept to completion.

His focus on simplicity and functionality, combined with a deep understanding of each project phase, transforms every design into a harmonious blend of vision and execution. Design becomes an artistic journey in his hands, shaping spaces with subtle elegance that resonates long after completion.

AR. JAYANTH RAMACHANDRAN

Founder & Principal Architect

Ar. Jayanth Ramachandran is a design visionary with an impressive track record. Jayanth holds a gold medal from his undergraduate university and earned his master's degree from Nottingham, where he gained international exposure. Upon his return to India, he co-founded Arcos with Ar. Hussain Lebbai. Jayanth's creative prowess is unmatched, and his talent for crafting unique spaces is evident in each project he oversees. His designs push boundaries with subtle sophistication and innovative flair, bringing imagination to life.

Ar. Zaki Farzand

U.A.E Design Lead

With 14 years of experience in the Middle East, Zaki has shaped spaces for renowned brands such as Kempinski, Rotana, and Westin. His expertise lies in crafting environments where elegance meets functionality, ensuring every detail is meticulously curated.
